Repaired plates guarantee performance/heats such as the ones of the new plates, but their cost is about 30-40% less.
The repaired plate is a used plate, drilled and emptied of the wearing part produced by steel heats, and re-established with a new refractory of a better quality than the original one.
The process of reparation is possible for every model of plate, also if the new plate that has to be repaired is covered by patent.

To simplify, the reparation takes place in 3 phases:
- Selection of used plates
- Emptying
- Re-establishment
